Hello darlings and welcome back to a new blog post.
I have recently discovered some new beauty pieces and decided to share them with you. They are my current winter essentials and must haves!
This blog post is in collaboration with The Skin Shop and I have been asked to trial the products and write a blog post on them. All opinions are honest and my own however, me receiving them for free has not affected this! I did pick out the products myself but receive them for free.

Who doesn’t love a good beauty haul? This haul is from The Skin shop who kindly offered me some free products to test out. They wanted to help my dehydrated skin this winter. I needed it, trust me!
The skin shop offer all natural skin remedies and treatments. They work with a range of brands offering different products and healers for your skin concerns. From dry lips to eczema and aches and pains. The Skin Shop have you covered for natural remedies that don’t cost a fortune.

First up is this miracle moisturising cream. This Turmeric butter and Hypoallergenic milk salve contains donkey milk. This has been features in The Daily Mail, The Sun and Closer magazine for its healing benefits.
Believe it or not but Cleopatra herself used to bathe in this milk daily claiming that it kept her skin soft and dryness at bay. Donkey milk was also used as an ointment to heal skin conditions such as eczema. I found this so interesting and I used to suffer with Eczema around behind my ears.
This is such a great moisturiser for dry parts of the skin such as elbows but even better for healing Eczema. See THIS article in the Daily Mail where a mother struggling with bad Eczema claimed that this balm cured it!

Next up is a winter lip balm, sweet enough to eat (but please don’t eat it) and deliciously scented. I personally adore the smell and taste of Liquorice.
My lips get so so dry and cracked in winter and I find myself applying lip balm every evening before bed to keep them silky and soft. I’ve been testing out this Liquorice lip balm from The Skin Shop recently and I do really like it! It keeps my lips so soft and hydrated – smells fab too!
See below before and after photos! It really did work wonders…
Before ~ Dry and Cracked After ~ Soft and Plush
This lip balm is from the brand Lip Q. It’s 100% natural and has a smooth buttery texture that sinks in fast and doesn’t leave an oily or sticky film on your lips which is one thing that I despise about some balms.
I cannot recommend this balm enough if you are looking for a cruelty free, natural, vegan lip product. It is £7.95 very well spent!

Last but by no means least is a frankincense and myrrh festive muscle rub.
This is a thick and creamy salve for any aches and pains that you may be feeling in the winter. For me, my hands get cold, stiff and achy in the winter. My back too as working at a desk all day isn’t the comfiest.
