You might remember, if you follow me on Instagram, my gift of a £100 John Lewis voucher from work for Christmas. It was so kind!
I couldn’t wait to treat myself to some goodies that I wouldn’t normally buy but it took me quite a while of contemplating and browsing before I spent my voucher. I purchased som beauty bits (of course) that I had always wanted but were a bit pricey to splurge on…
Hello Darlings and welcome back to a new blog post. You’re in for a treat with this one as it features some dreamy products + pictures. Get cosy, grab a hot drink and a sweet treat. Enjoy this luxurious blog post!
Before christmas I was kindly given a £100 John Lewis voucher from my company, I decided to use this on beauty and lifestyle treats for myself.
For as long as I’ve been reading blogs and watching YouTube, I have always wanted to test out Laura Mercier and Aromatherapy’s beauty products. They look so dreamy and smell gorgeous. They also cost a treat yourself amount. Not an everyday purchase for me anyway…
My thinking with this kind £100 voucher was that I would spend it on treats that I would normally not buy myself, this was a gift so I would buy gifts for myself to enjoy, relax and destress. My favourite gin, chocolates and 2 beauty products that I have ALWAYS been desperate to try…
My pamper evening essentials Haul

Edinburgh Rhubarb and Ginger Gin
I have actually tried this Gin before and I do adore it + it’s Scottish. If you didn’t know, my Dad and all of his family are Scottish. My great grandad on my Mums side is also Scottish so I love to support my Scottish heritage.
This gin is Scottish, Pink and delicious so what more could I want? A gin and tonic is the perfect accompaniment to a treat yourself pamper evening. If you’re under 18 then I would recommend a rhubarb cordial and sparkling water instead, also pink and gorgeous tasting!

Charbonnel et Walker Mini Pink Heart Champagne Truffles
My FAVOURITE chocolates ever. I adore pink champagne and these pink truffles. I think that the first time I tried these was as a gift for my 18th birthday from my Mum or a family member. They are pink, alcoholic (with the best kind of alcohol) and with the most adorable packing.
I’ve only ever received the heart shaped box of course… These are so delicious and again, perfect for a luxurious pamper evening. They go perfect alongside alcohol, nibbled on in the bathtub.
Laura Mercier Ambre Vanille Honey Bath
*Insert angelic singing*
I have wanted to try this product for (no exaggeration) over ten years! I am so excited to finally have my hands on this and let me tell you, the hypse was worth it! The bloggers and Youtubers were indeed correct!
This smells insanely delicious, I want to eat it but obviously I won’t do so… it’s so much fun to use the effective honey dipper for the bubble bath liquid, It created the perfect bubbles and scents your whole bathroom.
It is a treat at £45 but every so often I do think it’s worth the treat. I will be adding it to my wish list every birthday and Christmas now as I adore it and I’m scared how I will live without it when it runs out to be honest!
Aromatherapy Associates Miniature Collection Bath & Shower Oils, x 10
Another product or products that I have wanted to try for so so long…
I could smell these delicious oils before I even opened up the box, they are that strong and delicious in relaxing spa like scents. There’s a range of oils that Aromatherapy do and I got this set so that I could try them all as I am new to the brand and their products.
Currently my favourite is the evening relax. It’s delightful to put a small amount (it’s all that’s needed) in the bath before bed. It has such a relaxing, comforting and soothing scent that fills up your whole bathroom without being overpowering. I adore these oils to relax both my body and mind.
Hide these from your boyfriend if like mine they raid your beauty stash. These are far too expensive and only small amounts are needed, not the whole bottle as my boyfriend would waste! £47 per full size bottle…
Treat yourself more, it’s this years mantra for me! Self care first!
