Soph Does Nails – ‘Extra Spice’ Review

‘Soph Does Nails‘ is a YouTube channel that I discovered about a year ago. I love Sophie, she seems like such a nice genuine person. When my friend Bryony told me about her products in collaboration with Revolution, I had to try them out. Being a new fan of Sophie’s I didn’t even know that these products existed.

If you read my 22 goals for 2019 then you would know that one of my new year’s resolutions is to be more creative and bold with my makeup and hair look. This pallet has a range of every day and bold colours. Perfect!

I couldn’t wait to experiment with this pallet and have a play around.

First of all, I love the beautiful packaging that this pallet has. Saying this I hate how many fingerprints that the reflective rose gold lid has, I’m constantly rubbing it clean but it does look stunning.

The pallet has 8 shades. Six are shimmery and the other twelve are matt’s. I love the colour range as there is a real mix of wearable shades to create some cool, quirky and cute eye looks.

The shades as you can see from the above swatches are very pigmented. You only need to dip into the shades with your brush. The lasting power is great too, I tried these shadows with and without a primer and both times they lasted all day. For a drugstore pallet, this is incredible!
