Does anyone else watch live TV these days? I did a campaign at university and discovered that only 45% of 18-24 year olds still watch TV live. The rest stream their shows or watch later on catch-up so that they can binge watch shows. Netflix is taking over our watching habits and screens!

I do watch some films on there too but Netflix have so many great TV series these days so I thought I would share my 10 favourite ones with you all.

PRETTY LITTLE LIARS
If you haven’t heard of this show and the next three, quite honestly I am worried and disappointed. Have you been living under a rock?

VAMPIRE DIARIES
Better than Twilight, this dark and romantic Vampire TV show explores the journey of Elena. A teenager who’s recently lost her parents to a car crash and falls for the new mysterious boy at school.
Stephan is tall, dark, handsome and mysterious but Elena’s friends are sure the mystery is hiding a dark and dangerous story. Are her friends right? Is Stephen’s brother bad news too? Is Bonnie’s grandma right that she’s a witch? This show has all the drama, romance and twists.
GOSSIP GIRL
Gossip Girl is a show set in the beautiful city of New York. In the upper east side to be specific. It follows a group of friends in private school within New York City’s upper east side.
It’s your typical teenage high school drama TV show with shocking twists, boyfriend dramas, friendship dramas and a lot of gossip as the title would suggest. A blog named Gossip Girl shares gossip alerts about this dramatic friendship circle and private upper east side school drama.
REIGN
Reign follows the character Mary Queen of Scots on her adventure to Francer to marry her childhood sweetheart Francas and rule alongside France with him.
The TV show followers her friendship with her ladies, romance with her handsome king and dramas of trying to rule France. Her mother in law can be very manipulative and protective of her son and country. Can she rule the country, maintain her friendships, romance and positive appearance?
DYNASTY
Dynasty follows a power woman called Fallon who’s trying to make a name for herself instead of living under the shadow of her successful father. Her father gives into love easily and makes some big mistakes on the way.
This drama show follows a rich boss girl with a lot of twists, drama and betrayals along the way. Even some crimes are made!
SUITS
You probably know all about Suits now that the actress Megan Markle has married the royal prince Harry and had a beautiful baby boy with him.
Suits follows the story of 5 lawyers and a very good receptionist through some big trials with side stories of friendship, steamy romance and betrayals. It’s very dramatic and hooks you in from episode one after a scam is agreed to and committed. Will the scam be discovered?
V WARS
V wars is a unique vampire/outbreak story. It has the great actor Ian Somerhalder who plays Damon in The Vampire Diaries.
In this series Ian plays a very smart scientist trying to find a cure for a vampire outbreak in which he accidentally discovers but is immune to unlike his best friend. The outbreak spreads fast and the rush is on to find a cure before it’s too late and the country turns into deadly vampires.
SABRINA THE TEENAGE WITCH
Sabrina the teenage witch is not as you remember it. There is no talking cat and it is definitely not a comedy. This version is a lot darker and tied with Hell and the great lord satan!
Sabrina turns 18 and is told to sign a contract with the lord of hell to start her adulthood and journey into becoming a great witch. She refuses causing all kinds of uprawr and drama. This new series of Sabrina is dark and follows her journey through a magical school, friendships and romances.
THE GOOD WITCH
On the other side of the witchy scale, this easy to watch TV show follows Cathy and her daughter Grace.
Cathy is a B ‘n’ B owner, mother to Grace, herbal healer and good witch. She helps people discover their journeys or settle difficulties. She marries her newly divorced, doctor neighbour Sam even though they are opposites but they do say opposites attract right?
FINAL SPACE
Ending my Netflix recommendations on a slightly silly but adorable one!
Final space follows the character Gary who is serving a life sentence in space aboard a jail ship. He is nearing the end of a sentence when he comes across the adorable life form Mooncake. Mooncake brings him trouble and drama in space, can he protect his new friend?
